Dead zones, slow speeds, old routers, full network upgrades — whatever's going on with your internet, I'll figure it out and get it working right. Covers router and switch replacements, adding access points for better coverage, and full setups. Hardware sourced at market price on your behalf — you pay for gear upfront, labor at completion.

Smart Home Device Setup $75

Google Home, Alexa, smart locks, cameras, thermostats, doorbells — get it connected, set up, and actually working the way it's supposed to. Priced per device or system depending on complexity.

New Device Setup & Data Transfer $75

Got a new laptop, phone, or tablet? I'll get it set up, move your files and accounts over from the old one, and make sure everything works before I leave. No mystery settings, no loose ends.

Family Digital Safety Setup $100

Parental controls, content filtering, and screen time limits across your home network and devices — set up so it actually holds. Covers your router and individual devices depending on your setup.

Home Backup Setup $200

Hard drives fail — it's not a question of if, it's when. Family photos, tax documents, the stuff you can't replace: right now it probably only exists in one place. I'll set up automatic backups so one bad day doesn't cost you everything. Includes a full walkthrough so you understand how it works.

PC Rescue $150

For the computer that needs a fresh start. I'll back up your files, do a clean reinstall of Windows, restore your stuff, and get your basic programs set up. Clean and done right.

For local shops, offices, and restaurants. I sit down with you and go through everything — what you have, what you're paying for, what's working, and what isn't. Business internet isn't just a faster home setup. I'll make sure your customer WiFi is separate from the network your registers and office computers run on, coverage reaches every corner of your space, and everything is documented. Done right the first time.

Professional Email Setup $150

Get your team on email at your own domain — you@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail address. I handle all the behind-the-scenes setup, get everyone's accounts created, and walk you through managing it yourself.

Business Phone System Setup $200

Replace your old phone lines with a modern internet-based system. Works from a desk phone or an app on your cell, handles multiple lines, and usually costs way less than traditional business phone service. I'll set it up and make sure your team knows how to use it.

Website Setup $350

No website, or the one you have looks like it's from 2009? I'll get you set up on something you can actually manage yourself — Squarespace, Wix, or similar. Includes your web address, main pages, contact form, and Google Business listing. No monthly fee to me.

Software Setup & Training $150

New register system, QuickBooks, scheduling software, or something a vendor set up but nobody explained? I'll get it working right, make sure it connects to your other tools, and walk you and your team through it.

Security Checkup $250

A practical look at how secure your business actually is — accounts, network, backups, and general setup. You get a plain-English report on what's at risk and what to fix first. No scare tactics, just real priorities.
